    Flexible but no much of career growth
    The good thingsGood environment. Flexibility, friendly colleagues, good place for retirement, commission based. Some managers are easy to talk, open minded. Work life balance.
    The challengesLow basic pay, not much room for career growth, staffs are in their comfort zones, good thing if you just want a stable job. Management are quite old school.
