Horrible management unless they need your help.
The good thingsThere is nothing good here at all. Bosses won't help you when you are overloaded with task. They will only step in the moment their client complain! They will blame you if you lost the client!

    Always busy
The good thingsYou can improve your resume / career by the excessive of projects in this company. Even if you stay for a short time, a lot of work you may have completed and even if its only one project, it will certainly be a big project and a big resume boost.
The challengesWork 24/7. Non stop whatsapp messages from various groups. Expect to work on holidays, public holidays, weekends, sick days, etc.

    Super Fast Paced
The good thingsGood team members, Colleagues and work experience. Since everything is always fast, a lot of experience gained as well.
The challengesBad time management. Have to work on holidays, public holidays, sick holidays, day, morning, night. No replacement leave, no extra pay when you work on holidays. The management always forgets about confirmation letters etc. Don't expect 1 month bonuses. You wont get even Half of it. Annual leave is quite low as well. Be prepared for never-ending Whatsapp groups and messages.
