    The challengesnormal conflict in between colleagues unavoidable, but able to solve. always need to work beyond working hour to complete the jobs. More work = more experience gained.

    change of pace in gaining experience
    The good thingsthe environment is often good but as time pass by the environment keep on demotivating at work. at times the environment is so exciting and at times the condition is boring. the environment in the office is very quiet. maybe for a quiet the condition is better but for someone talkative the condition is not suitable. yes a have a good benefits, but sometimes the benefit get question by the management because of they themselves sometimes forget their own policies. but overall it is a good company with a good benefit.
    The challengesthe hardest is the communication with the upper management. they have to improve on the communication towards the staff.
