Guide and observing the student skills
The good thingsYou can see the process and the improvement in the students in different ups and downs and learning how to handle the student itself through their character and behaviour.
The challengesWhen there are students that not willing to do their homework that given. Must love kids, can do work fast and cope up with management's ups and downs.

    Nice teaching the kids.
The good thingsThe environment is nice, fully air conditioned The manager of the center is quite lenient, if you have emergency you can just tell her and she will consider. If you love to work with kids here is the best place for you to work at. You can learn and refresh a lot of things from past learning experience through their curriculum.
The challengesI find myself a bit uncomfortable whenever students trying to ask me a question which I couldn't answer because I was told to tell the students to ask their teachers, but kids will always be kids and tend not to listen. So I just keep a friendly face and continued my work. Other than that, pros definitely overpowers cons.

Working here is so funny fun
The good thingsYou can see the process and the improvement in the students in different way and learning how to handle the student itself through their character and behaviour. Good things are that i enjoyed teaching the children and sharing my knowledge with them. My colleagues are all fine and good to work with. Besides the have easy access, the good thing is that i able to experience teaching as my ambition is to be a good fan too.
The challengesThere won't be much challenges. Its just that you need lots of patience to teach the students and you should handle the students according to company's adaption. Beside some ups and downs in the teaching situations, I manage to find tolerance and patience in teaching kids. Multi task and stressfull tention during peak hour, need to deal with kids with patience while work efficience.

    Opportunity
The good thingsI like teach the students. The attire is casual, I like it as we can wear what's comfortable for us. The employer treat employee quiet ok. The employer try to improve the condition of the workplace so that the workplace becomes better
The challengesMaybe the employer could introduce something that would motivate the students to come to the centre. Maybe we could reward the students who come full at a month time. Maybe the employer could provide enough answer books to instructor.

The challengesMust love kids and can do work fast. Fighting with time. Pending work got to be completed. Need to upgrade your skills. Classroom quite pack. Demanding parents. Pretty stressful if you're not good in fan communications. To find the tolerance and patience in teaching kids.

    Below average
The good thingsCasual environment, Opportunities to learn a lot about the education industry, Fortunately, I have a very caring and strong mentor and Line Manager whilst I was still serving in the Exams department.
The challengesOffice politics. Very toxic politicking and bickering among colleagues. Not a good place to grow your career long-term.

    Good experience one of ten
The good thingsExperinces are good. Staffs were good. Access are good. Food to eat around are there. Working are good around two of ten. Managers hear what staffs are sayaing also very good at two out of ten. Training kids teaching English are very excellent and parents should be encouraged to send their kids here to think twice.
The challengesEverything is vey good here to say challenges in this company because overall working condition is one out of ten which is an everage score for a local company who have a lot of experience teaching kids the importance of English words for life to face ups and downs.

    Education at its best
The good thingsMuch of the staff is good. Very understanding and easy to work with as a team altough the number is not big. They are very close to each other in working environment as well as other activities outside working hours.
The challengesDespite good reputation, there are some hiccups in the office. It was pretty manageable but there are room for improvements. Especially to the management level.

    Wonderful working environment
The good thingsGreat environment and friendly colleagues. Little ups and downs. Staff's time-management is amazing, jobs are done within time frame.
The challengesTop management would be more respected if they more concern and visit all branches and talk to staffs, so that people will feel more thanked and appreciated.

    My working experience
The good thingsI worked with excellent staff. My employers were ready and open to listen to new ideas. Their staff were well taken care of. The employers were always upto date at the activities at the centre . They gave us feedbacks at least once in 2 months. They were very discrete with corrections of the staff. We , the staff , got along well with each other.
The challengesThere should have been an increase in salary when confirmed and also when the ratings were good for the staff, as a sign of appreciation.
