    The good thingsEasier to address problem to management and they are very helpful in solving our problem. Good place to learn new skills and manage to develop our knowledge in collection field. They do not hesitate to reward us if our performance is outstanding
    The challengesLess working hours which unable us to do increase our collection in order to earn commission. Lot of excellent officers who being a great challenge for me to fight for collection and commission.

    The challengesThe working hour is long (you have to work on saturday,sometimes on weekdays until 7.30 and no OT claim) The salary is low compare to your workload ,experience and position. The annual leave is less than average company (consider you have to work on saturday )
