The good thingsThe enviroment is very good for a trainee to gain more knowledge and all of the employees are great.
The challengesThe tester always borrow the tools and equipment from assembly department, so whenever assembler wanted to use it. They has to wait for the tester to finish their jobs.

The good thingsThis my first company I gained experienced in Oil & gas manufacturing product. This company is the pioneer and well know in oil & gas industries. They have an expert and very competent person who had help to developed my skills and experience in oil & gas business. With the training provided (internal and or external), it help me to understood my job scope.
The challengesThe management can't made any decision related to business or company matters because this company is report to Cameron Singapore Pte. Ltd as Asia Pacific Middle East region. The salary rate also is not commensurate compared to others oil and gas company and lack of employee welfare. This is the reason old senior staff were resigned.

The good thingsThe Working Environment and the facility with safety manner is good for the employees. we can get all the details from system such as Products, assemblies, procedure and many things. they keep all the information in the system and it can access to the people working on the particular project. safety is the main and major part of this organisation.
The challengesThe top management team need to involve in the shop floor activities,they must know what is really happen in the production side. some times middle management people not supportive to the people who is really talented and supportive to the company.

The good thingsVery structured and with clear assign responsibilities, but be prepared with long and different working hours due to responsibilities are apportioned throughout their branch in the world. You maybe felt a bit frustrating to complete the task in a short period due to waiting for someone out there in the world to complete their task first before you could proceed with your task.
The challengesThe responsibilities of each function for each region being done within the same time zoning to speed up the process. Eg. receiving and inspection done within the same time zone so all process will be completed within a day. Currently, we have to wait another day just to complete one task due to time different.
