    Nice working place as the working space and the air in the office really good
    The good thingsthe place is really convenient and the working really helpful as i work here as an intern and i manage to learn from the professionals. Such a great experience.
    The challengesThe challenges would be a new working environment for me as a students. I need to adapt with the changes but everything workout perfectly. I would like to work here after finished my studies as it was a great opportunity and experience.

    A good place to work
    The good thingsThe company gives you benefit on the side of learning new knowledge as most companies are towards the era of Industrial 4.0. The management of the company also provide a good support in making the employee grow in the sense of courier line and position. There are many perks at the same time in this industry.

    Nice work environment but lack of direction!
    The good thingsOpportunity to attend training for quality management (ISO) and carry out Internal Quality Auditing for ISO9001:2008, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO50001. Was also given the chance to conduct product training. All these enhanced the working experience.
    The challengesLack of leadership was a letdown. It would have been good if people who were going to lead teams were given adequate training beforehand. Also, the inability to set targets that were challenging and according to employment levels, were a disappointment. There was also no career progression for my position and it left me with lack of direction.
