    The good thingsTop management are open for feedback or opinion. Every employee blends in well and everyone is friendly here. Company trips are organized from time to time which involves employees to engage and to strengthen the bonds. Friendly top management that is open and can be approached up front.
    The challengesbetter system/flowchart should be implemented. More motivation should be given to boost the employees to work harder. Token of appreciation should be given from time to time.

    The good thingsI've learn negotiations skills with suppliers, learned to communicate with corporate to get orders, learned for knowledge of fabrics and gained knowledge of the production apparels, also quality control for the products.
