    Terrible manager with toxic environment. No guidance for new staff. The manager is very rude.

    My overall experience was negative due to micromanagement, poor communication, low pay without overtime, and lack of effective leadership from the supervisor
    The good things I did not find any positive aspects worth highlighting about this company.
    The challenges1. Micromanagement – work is often deemed wrong even when instructions from the supervisor are followed, creating confusion and frustration 2. Poor communication between staff and supervisor 3. Low salary - even working after midnight & office hour didn't pay any OT 4. The supervisor did not provide good leadership or set a positive example, which created a poor working environment.

    The challengesNobody will stay long for position as assistant company secretary. The environment is very toxic. The managers are emotional and everything the junior staff do all are wrong. The company is good, its just the manager, really bad.

    The good thingsGood exposure and tough stuff and portfolio to handle which will help to upgrade your skill and knowledge. The company is doing good.
    The challengesFor new comers, the learning curve is tough. There is no other ways to stay, must be patient and physically and mentally prepared.

    The good thingssalary as intern is consider high and the working environment is good. supervisor and staff is so helpfull
    The challengeslearn less because most of the manufacturing is done by machine. learn when only machine have problem or maintenance (as engineering sector).
