Not Recommended and do not even think about it.
The good thingslearning about NGO operations
The challengesnot a good working environment, especially for fresh grads. Gain wrong working etiquettes more than the right culture. A no-go!

In a nutshell, working at CRM gave me the exposure on how working life actually functions.
The good thingsThe team is very helpful and supporting, where they are always there, ready to lend a helping hand. People at CRM inspired me every single day, in terms of their expertise, knowledge and ethics. It is definitely the best platform for a beginner to learn stuffs.
The challengesThe working environment would be stressful sometimes because people over here are often asked to multitask.

Fast-paced working environment, but great place to learn how to be a good research scientist
The good thingsGreat teammates across different fields, good learning environment, opportunity to develop as a scientist through attending workshops and conferences
The challengesCould use greater flexibility with staff matters (i.e. working hours, benefits).

    Intern journey!
The good thingsFriendly environment with young staffs Casual outfits because it is a research-based environment. Most of the employees are really great in what they do with exceptional qualifications. Hence, a great learning curve for those who are curious about a research centre setting or if you consider to persue masters/PHD, they're always colleagues to get advices from..
The challengesLimited career development and the environement can be stressful sometimes due to many researches/tasks/projects ongoing simultaneously. Limited manpower definitely, so you're expected to multitask and learn independently.

    Cancer Research Organization
The good thingsGood place to learn, the only research organization in Malaysia that conduct high impact cancer research. A small company, so administrative related matters like purchasing, HR and etc are really efficient.
The challengesMicromanaging is always a main issue here. Bosses can be quite emotional most of the time, which are not healthy and that's the reason staffs turnover rate was really high in the company. Researches need funding but since the organization operates on donations, position was not secure/permanent. Your position can be really depends on the bosses preferences but not your performance.
