    The good thingsFlexibility and linient in working hour. Branch office not being disturbed by the management. Totally controlled by branch staff only.
    The challengesNo benefit for IT such as dental and optical allowance. After hour and standby allowance should be given to IT. No yearly bonus!!!

    I have learned alot from my superior.
    The good thingsMy superior and boss was very good to me and also guide me as well. All the staff's also very kind and polite.
    The challengesI have learned how to manage foreign workers and guide them as well. Also managed to help and learn from HR how to count salary and o.t for workers.
