Along the way, management got stuck with old fashioned way of managing the company
The good thingsFlexi hours, mon-fri working
The challengesgiven too many workloads but being assesed equally with the ones with lesser workloads. Unfair assessment system. Micro manage, lack of training, politics and unprofessional management.

I spent over 10yrs studying &growing in my role as a prod planner, where I developed/optimized strategic plans to top clients. Excellence in long -term planning involves making good decisions, production rates, process methods, All decisions have to be made simultaneously in uncertain circumstances.
The good thingsHad the opportunity to travel to Japan, attend training and seminars there
The challengesPeople lead complicated lives that don’t always fit with the Monday to Friday, 8-5 work schedule. While some businesses need their employees to work a fixed schedule, there are many that don’t.

    Healthy and Conducive Working Environment
The good thingsroom to progress, the management are always there for you to consult. The working environment is healthy. Salary is good for me. The perks and benefit is not too shabby I shall say. But can be improved.
The challengesYou have to be adaptive to thrive in this company which is good to prepare you to this challenging industry. The task can be stressful but I think it is normal for the industry we are in.

The good thingsWorking as team with continuous changing of strategies in sales to reach and target outcome and results. The team work hard and play hard too.
The challengesSome may find it difficult to change in the new environment with great demand from new and existing customers needs.

Good place for experience because you can learn a lot by doing lots of job
The good thingsThe Environment They have a free parking space for the employees. Equipment for working is enough to do your daily work but support from the maintenance team is quite poor such as when something is wrong with your laptop, printer, etc.
The challengesThe Environment The working space is small and limited. No canteen or cafe nearby which you have to drive out for lunch. People There are like 50-100 people working here. Most of them are not friendly. Some are very nice but I noticed the turnover rate was quite high. Most new joiners are not even completed the 6 months probation. I believe there are lots of internal problems within departments. The Work Some people are doing a double role. So you have to expect lots of workload on your back. They only replacing people and not adding new headcounts. Work is not limited as per job description. It can be extra. They have the clock-in/out system to monitor the staff. The Benefits Benefits are less compared to other MNC company.

    Work is too manually
The good thingsHaving bonus in half yearly basis
The challengesThere is no power authorization in this company, the trust from Japanese to local managers is not up to there. Therefore, all managers cannot contribute their working experience in previous companies and apply in this company for improvement. This ends up the improvement for a new established company is quite slow and managers become passive instead of proactive. Lastly, the medical benefits to an employee is not been paid attention.
