The good thingsThe employer provide good training platform for the staff for their growth. Programmes include time management skills by providing personal planner, which in return will be evaluated for bonus review by the end of year. Apart from that, training programme is scheduled and is compulsary to attend for all staff, in having group discussion handled by third party professional trainer.
The challengesThe challenging part is to have management approach in guiding you throughout the learning process. Although most of the management staff is hands-on, but is sometimes pre-occupied with their own task in hand. Thus, one need to be very pro-active in handling his own, by seeking advice and undergoes self-learning process!
