    Good place to learn & great team leader
    The good thingsAs no Degree cert with experience, I joined in Year 2014-2015. I learnt a lot about sourcing from team lead. How to work in fast paced environment.
    The challengesgot company minor politics but manageable. I left sue to further studies.

    Unprofessional interview experience
    The good thingsHave been called up for interview for Accounts position for a Dentistry clinic located near Jalan University company. The Senior Finance Manager either intentionally or accidentally made another appointment on the same time. He makes me wait for one hour without a word apology or feels sorry. Perhaps he is answering 6-7 calls during the interviews which only lasted for 30 minutes only. I suspect whether they are keen in employing people or simply wasting people time.

    The best career for jobseekers.
    The good thingsWorking location is strategic and very convenient. Food is almost everywhere. Mosque is very close to work building. Don't have to travel far to find mosque especially on Friday. Colleagues are friendly but you need to be careful when you choose. The employers are SUPER FRIENDLY and they are welcoming new recruiters. Working benefits are very good by rating. About working hours are normal at 8 hours per day but you may enjoy your weekends with your family.
    The challengesToxic colleagues are common but it's depends on how you deal with it. There are no management problems at all. Everything is very well managed. It's not suitable for those who are not trainable, teachable and cannot bear responsibility as a consultant. Well dressed is a small challenge. You need to choose stylish and fashionable outfit. So you may look better than average consultant.

    The good thingsThe environment and the culture of the company. Friendly colleague and a very good boss. Promotions and increment comes to you during appraisal if there are significant increase in your promotions. A company that values their employee and set employee as their priority. Team work and internal company integrity is something that always keeps the employee united.
    The challengesSince its a sales job the stress is always there. Hitting targets and internal competition is most important. If you can't handle stress then it's not a company for you to look at.
