    The good things- Most of the department heads are approachable. - There's no bureaucracy. - Your position level doesn't affect much in the interaction with co-workers. - The reporting system is transparent.
    The challenges- No clear direction of the company's vision & mission. - Weak cross department collaboration - High employee turnover rate results in duplication of task

    The good thingsNo good things to say, all is getting worse, poor management, especially human resource, poor knowledge of management in housing development line, not follow procedure, sop, serious office politic etc.
    The challengesThe new management team has tried to set up system, procedure and SOP for all staffs to run their routine works and clear the messed outstanding or problematic works. However, because of desperating the sales, they decide to give up all the efforts and back to their \"messy world\"
