The most "tactical" company ever seenThe good things
The company is located in a very strategic and convenient area, making commuting relatively easy.
The bad things
It’s difficult to find honest feedback about this company online, as many critical reviews appear to be removed shortly after being posted. The leadership seems highly sensitive to negative publicity and appears to take active steps to manage their online reputation, which may not reflect the internal reality.
There have been repeated instances of abrupt staff dismissals and delayed salary payments without clear justification, which contributes to a high turnover rate. Unfortunately, this pattern creates an unhealthy work environment where employees often feel exploited or undervalued.
Favoritism and nepotism are deeply rooted in the organization, and decisions are often made based on internal alliances rather than merit. Constructive feedback is generally unwelcome, and there is little room for open dialogue or professional growth.
While the company may present a polished image externally, potential applicants should approach with caution and seek out direct insights from former employees where possible.

Great place to learn and contribute
The good things1. The company is still growing so you can contribute to it. which will improve your portfolio
2. You can improve your leadership skills.
3. No politics people respect each other.
4. You will not be judged based on your race, nationality
5. You have to communicate with oversea staff and people on a regular basis which will improve your communication skills
6. You will get exposure to different domains
7. you can communicate with the CEO directly and show your ideas
8. non-standard performance bonus. The company doesn't have a fixed bonus like other company it depends on your performance and the contribution it can be higher than other companies
The challenges1. I think the company needs more people so that they can grow faster
2. lack of natural light inside the office which is personally a con to me.

If you want to stop being a baby, work for Capital Dynamics
The good thingsThe company does not spoon-fed. Employees need to be resourceful, tough, and independent. This type of training allows employees to grow up fast and stop being babies.
Colleagues are nice. Management is not too bad. Office location is good for food and transportation.
The challengesFor those "babies", it is tough. But if you want to grow up and be an adult, this is a great place to work.
