Good job exposure, but bad management
The good thingsI love to work here where you can learn a lot of things, aside of good colleague which can assist you whatever they can.
The challengesSometimes Management would not want to hear any opinion on your side, and when things gone wrong they will put blame on you.

An experience
The good thingscompany distributed good bonuses when there is good revenue, large company with available resources. many good employees. training opportunities provided.
The challengesgood bonus but basic salary levels low, which will affect your future salary levels in the market. too large an organisation, disconnects the employees.
Employees expected to take on too much at times. company advocates work life balance but in reality differs.

Senior Finance Executive
The good thingsOpportunity to learn and increasing responsibility if you have a can do attitude. Is a good company if you wish to learn more.
The challengesIncreasing workload that leads to overloaded and stress with a minimum timeline given, difficult to maintain work life balance.
Some staff may feel imbalance due to favoritism/ unfair treatment.
