    Worst company in my career life
    The good thingsGreat exposure in FMCG industry, get to know all the stakeholders such as clients, shareholders, colleagues and the team.
    The challengesNo proper guidance, always wanted change by management but no direction. With no proper aim and goal, they just want change. In short period of time, change. Without proper planning, change. Without proper execution, change. Is all about change but its just getting new people to cover the new hole. And let the old problem sink itself.

    Not advisable if you are looking for career growth
    The good thingsNothing much other than good colleagues which willing to help and teach. Working environment was fair because of good colleagues and location wise is good for lunch and dinner.
    The challengesIf you thinking to have a career growth here, not a right place. If you thinking to have learn something if is fresh grade, not a right place. No doubt can learn many things since it is a fast pace company, but not to forget, no lunch time, no weekend or no personal time after working hour. As the top management do not take their lunch, hence meetings during lunch hour couldnt be escape sometimes. If got time for lunch, its only 20minutes max.

    The good thingsNothing to be happy about
    The challenges1. Huge problem on management side, with poor organisational structure. 2. No structure when comes to policies for all work force. CEO can change anything with immediate effective despite taking account into the greater considerations for the staffs. 3. No work-life balance, you have to work even on weekends and no excuse will be tolerated. 4. Toxic working environment, turnover rate at its highest with people leaving on monthly basis (on average) 5. No bonus even your project is doing well, all goes to boss pocket

    The good thingsGood colleagues Great Office Location Good Food Nearby Lot of learning opportunity and fast pace Lot of opportunity to meet different stakeholders (internal & external)
    The challengesCulture of company No work life balance at all Go back early = not hardworking enough Lot of politics Happening especially from the management Lack of guidance even is new and perhaps from different industry No concern of staff health even is CMCO, attendance to the office is a must. No transparent communication between management to the team, hence politics happen and blame to the staff No weekend Life when you are assigned for task No firm decision, things change will be very different in morning and afternoon which create unnecessary stress

    Courage can make us to success. And increase our sales.
    The good thingsThe products are really nice and useful. We can get more and introduce more to customer when it's have promotion, and the lucky draw for customer also good and attract more people's attention too.
    The challengesChallenge to get the target and improve communication with each others. Not only that, we can know more about the different products and the uses of them. Next, we can challenge to explain the products to new customer to compete with another brand in the same places.

    The good thingsThe working environment is very comfortable, located at Uptown 1. The best things about this company is the people are good and sincere to each other. We always work under stress and tight dateline. Hence we always complaint yet we still work as a team to resolve and overcome the challenges we face. The presence of this people would make our job and life much easier.
    The challengesThe management should diversified the business and expand clientele rather than concentrate on one major client alone which don't give much margin to the company. The management should re-look on the company entire operations and security measures as there are many loop holes for misconduct delivery. These definitely causes losses to the company in long term.
