Good place to start and learn
The good thingsI was an intern here and currently working at Cardas Research. For me, everything is okay. In terms of transport (dekat dengan LRT), in terms of payment (mengikut signed agreement), in terms of environment (aircond, selesa, friendly & supportive collegues), in terms of facilities (surau & toilet yang bersih).
The challengesFor me the challenge or level of stress is bearable.

Good experience and many things to learn
The good thingsI enjoy working here because we are able to learn new things and able to handle the project. Also, we know how to manage the manpower and how to meet the deadline given by the clients.
The challengesThe challenges would be the task given which is we need to understand each researcher and how to manage/ supervise the researcher under each project.

to me market research is not about a specific method or activity, it is just what we call the attempt to learn more about the target customers.
The good thingsMy experience in this company is i can learn about who my customers are, such as their demographics, can help me find other small businesses that serve them. i can approach these businesses for joint promotions that will be mutually beneficial. i also can knowing the geographical areas where most of my target customers live will allow me to create compelling targeted campaigns that suit the needs and culture of that area.
The challengeswe collect the data by read the questionnaire and make a phone call to respondant. so it is quite difficult to make sure respondant can stay with our interview till the end of questions because sometimes interviewing took time almost 15-20 minutes.

    A great place to start
The good thingsFresh graduates or middle level executives can largely benefit in building their experiences of work culture in the agency type industry. The movements are robust and employees are able to experience different types of projects at any given time. While you work within your team and report to the person above you, the bosses will sometimes personally lead you and tap your individual potential.
The challengesMost staffs are working on tight deadlines on projects and sometimes required to stretch your working hours. Stress levels may be high as client demands and project timelines are sometimes unpredictable. The pay are reasonable for lower level employees. However, the higher level may see the salaries as unparalleled to other larger agencies.

    Chance to learn
The good thingsEnvironment is good and you learns a lot from your colleague and superior. Organized portfolio so you clear on your job scope. The location is near to LRT and bus route, so you don't have to worry about that unless you drive. A lot of restaurants nearby for lunch break. In summary, it's a great pleasure working here.
The challengesChallenging part is working time where you are expect to go back later than you should by 30 min earliest. Another challenging part is you will have deadline to meet. If you drive, there is free parking space but it's open air.
