A breadth of opportunitiesThe good thingsThe management and leaders are very open to facilitate professional and personal growth of staff. In the centre I was with, I saw the openness to allow creative initiatives, the acceptances of mistakes and errors and the patience to review and discuss sub-par job performances.
The challengesThe need to juggle multiple roles and tasks was difficult to manage when combined with the intensity of cases for me. The administrative infrastructure to support operations and staff were under-developed and slow to embrace the innovations in tech that could possibly support these functions.
