    The good thingsA big organization with plenty of resources to lean on your own and to gather broad experience.
    The challengesCompany's direction is not result orientated, not aligned focus that results in way to much office politics not to mention inter-business politics. Company's performance and direction at the present moment is poor, which results in very high turnover not to mention 4 times restructuring in the period of 2 years.

    It was a very good experience working in Cargill. From there i really learn a l lot with all the bosses and staff are friendly . they teaching me as well
    The good thingsCargill is really a good company and all the staff was friendly as well. Cargill also providing a monthly training to make sure that their staff always gaining a new knowledge.
    The challengeswell its not that i don't enjoyed working in Cargill but sometimes it is hard for me to communicate with supplier because they are having some standardized term while writing an email to supplier and they automatically understand it but for me , i'm still new and need learn more on how to communicate well with supplier.

    The good thingsGreat teamwork between employees. The company has proper vision and mission that they want to achieve, eventhough there may be issues but they will try to find ways to solve them together. As a safety practitioner, the company do put Safety as their number one priority.
