Figure things out along the way
The good thingsIn general people are friendly.
The challengesIt is a matrix organization and still am learning to navigate. It's hard to get things done and you will need to learn on your own on who do you reach out too. No real on boarding especially if you are a single source contributor, so it's up to you to learn along the way.
As it's a family business, systems are pretty old school and there are people who are not willing to change. Also be prepared for ongoing transformation.
