    Company financial stance was uncertained
    The good thingsGreat staff but always looking for other jobs. The key reason is financial stability.
    The challengesHuman resource dept was quite difficult to negotiate with. Majority of the time it will be a win-lose situation where the employees with be on the worse side of the coin.

    Having a practical training in here was a great moment for me!
    The good thingsThe environment is the best. It has a beautiful office landscape. The bosses are approachable and take a good care of the employees' welfare.
    The challengesThe pressure are real when facing with the economy downturn. I had faced the moment when some of the employees were laying off due to the company's intention for downsizing the number of employees. It had given me a great blow and motivation to perform my best in order to secure the job.
