    Outdated systems, poor communication, and a culture that discourages growth made this a disappointing experience

    The challengesThe company doesn’t reflect a proper 'Berhad'. ISO isn’t maintained, and staff see it as pointless. Assets are outdated with no clear disposal. Salary deductions for lateness still happen without warning or communication—they just expect you to know.
