    The good thingsEngaging with customers and assisting them to my best capabilities has helped me to improve my networking and communication skills. I have also gained insight from serving customers - Caring Pharmacy is the ideal environment to expand your communication skills.
    The challengesThe work done at Caring Pharmacy requires a lot of physical movements in the rearranging of stocks, which can be physically straining. It can get repetitive, too.

    A great place to seek experience and knowledge
    The good thingsIt is easy to communicate and work together with the staffs and pharmacists, learn more product knowledge and develop more skills at work.
    The challengesHeavy workload and need to be physically and mentally ready, especially at larger outlets where you have to constantly serve customers and do other tasks at the same time. Short breaks, and quite difficult to apply leaves on top of 6 days of working in a week so not a good place for those looking for a job with a good work-life balance.

    The good thingsAble to gained knowledge about business and sales merchandise. Recognise and familiarize with drugs indication and contra-indication. Able to learn how to interact and promote customers on products and supplements on daily basis
    The challengesUnderstanding customers' behaviours. Long standing working hours, keeping store neat and tidy as customers will mess up the racks once they chose their items needed.

    The good thingsi truely love working there. Not much workload to do. quite pack and peck during IBT days and weekend but normally was fine. The best thing workin there because i have very supportive teamwork with very happy go lucky branch manager. im truely love them all .

    The good thingsAlthough I'm just a part timer there, the staff are friendly and willing to teach me. Besides, I had learn the name and used of the medicine and the receiving and ordering of stock. I think that this is the good way to learn the general things which can used in my future and it's so helpful.
    The challengesMaybe sometimes there is many work putting on my shoulder but I think the more work can make me success in one day, bcoz I learn more and become more independent during the process of solving the problem.
