If you don't know to play the game by the manager's rules, he'll make sure you don't get cooperation from colleagues and unable to complete tasks assigned to you. HR at HQ is a dummy department blindly get their salary. They just ignore any feedback or complaints submitted to them as they're not dare to offend anyone.......

    The good thingsPROBABLY the best job available in PROBABLY the best company around that makes PROBABLY the best beer in the world - that's what I usually tell myself for being employed here. It's good to know that there are still employers around that are employees' orientated and this where this company excels. Employees are put first above other matters and this is reflective in their happiness and loyalty.
    The challengesCommon challenges would be to constantly improve yourself and your working methods as the company itself constantly improves itself as an business entity. Being in the alcoholic beverage industry also spews a fair share of challenges with constant changes in government policies, taxes and etc. that indirectly affects the way one has to work tho' it is usually taken positively in most instances.
