    Not a healthy working environment
    The good thingsThe working hour is great.
    The challengesAfter a year of working here, I was the most senior staff. Because everyone left. The management had a poor sense of direction. They gave warning letters like candies, but NEVER had a face-to-face talk with their employee to understand what're their issues. Also, once when assisting with recruitment, they questioned whether a person can do a job because their race.

As a new memberof the staff who has observed the previous reviews, i have found that this agency management its not at all what they have stated. it is a typical faced paced agency where we work, we learn and we grow along with it.
