    Poor management and stressful
    The good thingsThe environment between my team is good, overall we can work together without any confrontation.
    The challenges1. Too many bootlicker and political at top management 2. Micromanage staff from top level 3. Makes you work the whole week but never appreciate the effort 4. Didnt want to hear any suggestion from lower level staff 5. High pressure and stressful not good for mental health 6. If you sending more emails it means you are doing your job and if you excellent in speaking, you are welcome.

    The good thingsThe environment is between the department is good, overall we can work together without any confrontation.
    The challengesNot enough communication from the top management, and also the latest technology of the machines or the product is, are not ventured enough, maybe we do not afford it or maybe we don't captured the market yet

    The good thingsGood environment and coworkers. Good benefits such as house loan, car loan, medical for self and wife and kids
    The challengesNot good managers, sometime micromanage you. Disturb you for not important stuff at weekend. Need to support at night if have issue, but management dont see this. Others people get promotion. Not easy to grow your career, stuck at same level for years. Low salary if base on your exp years and skills, other company offer better. Chow...

    The good thingsCan learn a lot since many responsibilities assigned to you, but mostly old technology since they never ending cost savings mind set.
    The challenges1. No morning break, no evening break 2. Your entry to cafeteria and smoking area is monitored using system, reports send to HOD. 3. KPI is just a gimmick, no discussion before final decision. 4. Limited Career growth since people on top just stays there 5. Never invest on new technology

    The challengesCarrer development is depend on which department you are. If you excelent in speaking, you are welcome. Boss will notice who are sitting infront of laptop and writting email. If your boss aware if you work in line is good for your end year performance else will get nothing. BUT ITS STILL DEPEND ON WHICH DEPARTMENT YOU ARE.

    The good thingsFirst time working as planner & my colleague, superior and team given fully support and teach me. What's important is your attitude to person must good first. Then u will get more opportunities & people will respect u and willing to teach u.

My roles challenges to meet customer satisfaction is really hard but we managed it because we work as a team in all department and support each other... My supervisor also really support me and will make sure I can settle by my own before she step in if I'm having problem during deal it. So far, I like working with all people. As i mentioned before, yr attitudes must good first then whatever u do will become easy. Then u have no time to think negative & always thinking solution to settle the problem overcome..
