    Company with constant restructuring & benefits reduction.
    The good thingsMultinational type working environment & better than average remuneration package initially.
    The challengesReorganization & headcount reduction almost every 2 years. Job scope & workload increase much compared to little salary increment. With less headcount, more micromanaging.
