    The good thingsEnjoying my work as admin, and helping to restructure all organise working system. I get to enjoy going visiting SITE in Pengerang, and being seeing Client. Each member of the team respecting each other that makes you fill great in working together. All ideas will take as positively to improve the company.

    Not good to be good.
    The good thingsGot support by one of the directors but since company is being run by family members, favouritism for longer serving staffs cannot be avoided.
    The challengesDecision making is very difficult since people here like to hide their mistakes and do not accept changes easily.
