    Toxic behaviours and conflicts created a stressful and demotivating atmosphere.
    The good thingsFree Drinks & Food when bosses are in happy mood.
    The challengesFavoritism and political alliances hindered fair recognition and growth opportunities. Progress was often determined by personal connections rather than merit. Decisions often lacked transparency, making it difficult to understand the rationale behind actions or strategies. Unclear communication .

    My time in this company largely unproductive due to inefficiencies in processes and lack of meaningful engagement. Bosses & HR practices seemed influenced by favouritism, leading to unfair treatment and unequal opportunities for employees. The work environment was highly stressful and mentally draining, The lack of support and clarity created a challenging atmosphere that was mentally exhausting.

    The challengesToxic & Political Environment. Empty promises by management. Unethical behaviour in the work place. Management & HR love gossiping, threatening or excluding someone they don't like. Lack of knowledges management & staff. Too many under table deals happens in this company.
