    The challengesRTR Advisory were really toxic. Leaders doesn't know how to act one. Promotions will be based if you're very close with the management. Your voice will never be valued because it can be filtered already from your manager.

    The good thingsThe allowance for internship is high than market average value. The supervisor/ manager in HR department is good and willing to teach. Work life balance is exist in this company as manger will ask you to stop working after 5pm.

    Great Company and Salary is competitive. Toxic work culture
    The good thingsSalary is very competitive. Trainings are commendable. HR and IT is easy to approach. Free cereals and snacks at the pantry.
    The challengesIf you'll be assign in Advisory RTR Tower goodluck. Attrition is very high! It's a very toxic team especially INTERCOMPANY. Career growth here is stagnant. Manager needs a lot of training especially leadership and english (YW). If you'll be assign to other team you are lucky because the Managers there are very supportive.

    The good thingsMy supervisor has been a great leader and the team provided me the support and guidance needed. While being an intern, people welcomed me warmly and has never treated me differently. Relationship between departments has always been interactive and I am growing my potential in doing what I least imagined I would do.
