    The good thingsThe work environment is incredibly positive and supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Colleagues are not only skilled and professional but also friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand.
    The challengesOne of the notable challenges I've encountered is the learning curve inherent in starting a new role. As a recent graduate, there is a wealth of industry-specific knowledge and practical skills I am eager to acquire.

    The good thingsOpportunities to grow professionally, there's yearly increment and bonus depends on your performance. Its only a year since I started and I managed to get both. Supportive MD's and colleagues. Open door policies. Hybrid working mode. Celebrate yearly Away Day with the whole APAC offices. Claimable yearly wellness benefits. Childcare benefits claim.
    The challengesNo clear directions from upper management. Need to adapt to new requirements as fast as you can, need to be flexible and able to catch up

    Overall, cbs is a good place to work, and I would recommend it for those who value a positive work culture and environment.
    The good thingsThe company offers a supportive and collaborative environment with a strong, positive culture. Pros: Good culture and pleasant work environment. No office politics. Friendly and helpful colleagues.
    The challengesCons: Salary range is not very competitive in the market. Increment rates are slightly low. The company is currently undergoing process changes, and it will take some time for everything to become fully structured and systematic.
