    The good thingsThe work flow is flexible and all the staffs are friendly. Training and learning was taught very carefully to maximise my understanding.
    The challengesThe only challenge is it is dangerous due to chemicals usage and productions.

    The good thingsRelaxed working environment with helpful and friendly colleagues, many things to learn due to handful of problems in the plant.
    The challengesRepetitive problems due to root causes not being addressed or wrong design of equipment or system, minimum or no career development for staff although there is so called career framework, slow in finding replacement for resigned staff, less effort in retaining good talents and minimum effort in nurturing new and young talents.

    The good thingsIt's a Government Linked Company, good benefits and very dynamic business. Follows government initiatives in spearheading nation's interest. Applies current best practices to manage business synergies. Support local talents to develop in international arena. Strong sense of ownership for respective units.
    The challengesThe culture was a mixed of government styled laid back, bureaucratic and rigid structure versus the international market. This creates a lot of bottleneck and delayed affirmative actions. Value of investments are questionable. Internal politics dampened the better chance for more success. Strategic planning often mere shadows of the real potentials.
