The challengesThe most challenging part in my job is that, i need to learn by myself on how to manage my work effectively. I also need to communicate with a lot of people include my staff an also the people from the vendor which i need to properly plan my word before i speak. Other than that, i also need to manage my time accordingly, since my job need me to be flexible in time.
