    A comfortable and supportive place to work.
    The good thingsIt’s a great place to start your journey in audit, especially if you’re an intern or fresh graduate. You’ll get a lot of exposure and hands-on experience, which really helps you learn fast. The environment is also really nice, everyone is friendly, approachable, and willing to help out. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to learn, grow, and gain solid experience.

    The good thingsthe superior is willing to listen to the team feedback, respect our view and idea and also explain to us why something cant be done. I am not only learn the technical knowledge from here but also how to become a team leader.

    Friendly environment
    The good things- Friendly senior and willing to teach. - paperless environment which we do not need to spend a lot of time in printing out (totally love this compare to my internship company). - the proper audit work flow help me to get better understanding in my acca exam preparation. - good for good performer, half year promotion scheme

    Great exposure and career advancement
    The good thingsThey are more focusing on analysis instead of just keep sighting the documents. Comparing to my ex firm, CCS encourage us more to do brainstorm and critical thinking. For what i understand, their audit methodology is quite similar with pwc as one of the director is from pwc. So the exposure in CCS is quite good and it allow me to get good job offer easily now and the interviewer is impressed with what i know in my limited year of experience.
    The challengesThey are keep growing, so it is abit hard if you want to have a stable portfolio. So you might have to deal with different client/engagement every year. But, to me, i feel that it is a good exposure to me.

    The good thingsthey are having systematic training and guidance as well as work flow and audit automation. Friendly senior and management. A good place to start the career.
    The challengessince they are having systematic workflow, hence we have to follow the system and prepare the work accordingly. although it is good to avoid mistake, sometime we might feel time consuming to follow all the SOPs. But i feel that this had helped me to build up my working style and work flow, hence i am able to help my new company to set up the SOP now.

    The good thingsStaff here are friendly and less politics. Bosses here are considerate thus less stressful when you did some mistakes in your work.
    The challengesThe working environment, management is poor, poor staff benefit and no medical benefit. Staff here are friendly but not that professional. Career development and salary increment is pretty bad. Can't learn much of things here.
