    Good to be the first company for fresh graduates
    The good thingsThe organization size is medium, thus, you will need to learn a lot and have the chance to kick start any new project. The people are mostly youngster and easy going. The HR & Admin arrangement were good. The manager are friendly and playful.
    The challengesThe culture could be better if can adopt MNC culture in the organization. E.g. be flexible in the working hours and giving freedom for the employee.
