The good thingssalary is good, benefits is good, working place is nice.
The challengesall the above is good. but seems lack of team work. not all department will work together. blame other department is common.

lots of experienced i gain here(CTS) which is, study about computer networking,communication and engineering, these three main thing related each other to make sure the communication smooth connected from point to point.
The good thingspolish skills about network environment.
