The challengesIt has since under stewardship of a different CEO and everything that the people values and appreciated all went down the drain and were taken from them. quality management staff starts leaving and inexperience and directionless senior staff turnover is faster than the lower level staff.people no longer have a sense of belongings and motivated to work here.
