Good Place For Enhancing Customer Service skills But There Is No Room For Career Growth and Ground Staff Was Not Valued Enough
The good thingsIt's a good place for Fresh Graduate to learn something new and developing the interpersonal skills either by working within staff and having a good relationship with management. The ground staff in Retails are friendly and bond each other even with different outlet.
The challengesThere's no room for growth for ground staff, management of retails or specialist position like us before. Your potential has been hold by the regional manager. The support you have is only within the ground staff. The regional management is not supportive, not positive, and not having such empowerment to encourage retail staff to improve the journey of the career. Your interpersonal skills ends in you without any improvement as your interpersonal skills, knowledges, work hard and your role was not been value enough by your regional management. Regional Manager for Region based KL some kind is too much focusing on the role and not be the leader of the ship. Ground staff has been under valued, and not been appreciated enough. Staff gets demotivated and it's not healthy working place.

Overall, it's a good place for beginners to learn, but not ideal for professionals seeking growth.
    The good thingsSupportive blue collar
The challengesThe management is predominantly made up of family members, which makes it difficult to introduce new ideas. Many tend to favor traditional methods over embracing innovation, ethical governance, and open communication.
