    The good thingsThe working culture which encourages employees to be agile,adaptive and savvy. The environment is very conducive and innovative. Every new projects awarded is recognised as team effort. Frequent management feedback with profit sharing is the company strong point.
    The challengesThe company has only a few high volume products i.e hix mix low volume. It would be better to have its own initial product to ensure long term stability and profitability.
