Option 1 (Balanced): A supportive team and growth opportunities balance out challenges with communication and work-life balance. Option 2 (Positive-leaning): While there are areas for improvement, a collaborative environment and focus on development make this a positive workplace. Option 3 (Challenges-focused): Despite a good team, issues with transparency and micromanagement significantly impact the work experience.
The good thingsSupportive and Collaborative Team Environment: This means colleagues actively help each other, share knowledge, and celebrate successes together. There's a sense of camaraderie rather than cutthroat competition. You feel like you're part of a unit working towards common goals.
The challengesLack of Work-Life Balance: A culture that expects constant overtime, discourages taking leave, or pressures employees to be "always on" can lead to burnout and stress. This shows a disregard for personal well-being and can make a job unsustainable in the long run.

Have to be details and precise in doing planning otherwise will facing a lot of adhoc issues. Must be alert and responsive in 24/7.
The good thingsThe benefits like clinic panels and AWS bonuses and CTI bonuses. Flexible hours depend on department.
The challengesManually check and update for material availability and arrange incoming based on Build Plan schedule that's frequently changes. Have adhoc tasks to be solved in last minute and during weekends and after working hours.this is due to urgent issues arise or unable to detects the materials needed for each SKU in Build plan schedule. Yours details in checking is the key here.

Good working environment, but need for multitasking
The good thingsFriendly environment.. Although there's good few toxic worker, but it's within normal range. Basically either you're supervisor or big boss, all treated as same person. So, superiority is not the issue here.. People also quick to help as long as you know how to blend in.. Also, you are free to wear any clothes coming to work as long as wearing shoes, and have flexible time! You can take break anytime.
The challengesYou have to be multitasking! Less headcount with average wages. Basically 1 person need to cover up to 4 employees job scope.. Also with super less allowance, no formal dinner, no extra allowance.. So, this is up to you how to handle this level of stress.
