    Very good staff benefit, Good finance team
    The good thingsThe finance team is very friendly and like a family. Practice work as a team and always support and help out each other when needed. Staff here entitled \"Self-determined leave\" instead of Annual Leave, no limit but need to ensure you know when you can on leave, plan well and arrange well before you leave your position, and sure needed approval from superior. Parking is Free.. Monthly staff meeting having free lunch.. Pantry light food and beverage is more than enough, satisfied with that.
    The challengesThere is always changes and room to improve in working methods and environment. Conflicts on the ways of doing things among different department also happened like other company. Need to stay positive and having keep learning attitude.

    The good thingsFriendly environment, staff purchase, free product, free snack and unlimited supply of coffee, work life balance. Gentle music all day long, flexible working hour. Great colleague to work with. Training provided. hands on everything and a flat hierarchy.
    The challengesOften given a short deadline and have to make you rush for everything. When you propose idea A, management will not like it and wait want to re-propose, so once you propose idea B, they decide o take back on A after wasting quite a while. Management idea keep changing, depend on their mood.
