Fun place to work but still need lots of improvement.
The good thingsStaff and teachers are friendly. There are some very supportive staff/ teachers that are cooperative and love to help out. If you like interacting with people, you will find this work enjoyable. The school atmosphere has a sense of joy and humour.
The challengesTeam work between other departments not encouraged. Management not particularly supportive, understanding nor listens to staff’s opinions yet staff are still expected to deal and settle critical issues on our own. Hierarchy is a mess as anyone and everyone can be our boss. Therefore beware of extra workload that may be out of your job scope.

    Great Landmark of Exposure!
The good thingsGain a new knowledge and exposure on teaching physical education subject. At the same time can develop coaching skill due to the coaching sport activity for primary and secondary students. In addition, be able to learn some of administration area in handling the sport and welfare activities for school events.
The challengesSometimes rewards can be one of the cure to the workers after they did a job. Company should served the employee with some of benefits and perks if they achieved the target. Appreciation is the best ways to thank your employee.

    Exploitation of Teachers and Students
The good thingsThe Facilities for Students.
The challengesThe pay is very low for the majority of teachers although they charge the earth. At the interview, teachers are promised a certain salary and when it comes to signing the contract, a different salary is typed into the contract.
