    The good thingsThe good things about this company, the working life and social life is balance. They CEO is very consent about their staffs and very good at taking are of employee's welfare. The level of stress working in this company is controllable.
    The challengesThere are not much challenges in this company except they need to improve their command skills so that staffs will understand their task. Besides that, they need to start working together and responsible for their mistakes.
