    The good thingsOverall ok environment but less man power therefore can learn the workload of 3 person
    The challengesExecutive/ Engineer salary here around two point one thousand. Its a SHAME as the salary here is lower than operator after including their OT. Senior Exact/ Engineer salary here around three point three thousand. Company treat degree/master holder here as higher class operator only, extremely low salary and unable to survive. The increment level here is around three percent per year.

    The challengesOperation team work 5.5 days while non-operation work 5 days. Halfday on weekend for operation team if apply half day leave will consider as 1 full day leave, half day burn, unfair policy. Expected, operation is not as premium as the admin. Anyway, unfair

    The challengeslow salary, which department that hot, sweat a lot and need to control the quality of glove, got scolded is a normal here, person working in aircond and in hot area got same basic :( , it is very stressful and feel of burnout here.
