    The challengesPulau Indah is a bit far from Shah Alam and the worse thing is when you have lorry brokedown on the Pulau Indah Highways.

    The good thingsThe ukhwah, the friendship, the teamwork. Everybody is very friendly and very committed to company's objective Free food, quarterly sport tournament, training and development and overall employee engagement.
    The challengesThe location. This is a quite far away place, even though it is located in Pelabuhan Klang.

    The good thingsThe experience you can gain here even at the lower levels are good. The company has clear management objectives and career growth are ensured with a good succession planning in store. Robustness of the industry ensures sustainability of the company.
    The challengesSome of the employees are not at par with current advances in technology and ways of working. This might frustrate some, but opportunity to change is always there.

    The good thingsEither than work, we make a healthy life as our company's goal. Everyone should do an exercise, eg. Gym, Cycling, Aerobic and etc. Other than that, our company also provide a healthy breakfast and lunch for each staff.
    The challengesThere is nothing to says about \"not enjoy\" working with this company. When the challenges comes, we will fight for that as our tagline \"Work Hard, Pray Hard, Play Hard\". In whatever we do, we will continue to make it successful.
