    The good thingsQA manager and General manager very experienced Manufacturing Professional. Planning manager very good in experience and explanation. HR manager very good friend and listener.
    The challenges1.Need to improve on communication between manager and production floor. 2.so many meetings for manufacturing supervisor. 3.cannot finish the paperwork on time. 4.No respect from top management.
