    The good thingsGet to see a lot of type of people, also satisfaction when you were able to entertain the participants at the same giving them knowledge. Get to learn how to conduct a less stressful and fun teaching environment.
    The challengesLiterally not much challenges, only have to that travel to different places when required which is not really a big deal just that traffic jam.
