it was a good experience
The good thingsshift working. meet different type of peoples everyday. sometimes its busy. sometimes you will feel free. they will send for courses to maintain the service level. you will b given the equal rites with the seniors
The challengesyou cant directly contact with management. because of having too many employers the management wont take it light when you do mistakes. loosing an officer is not a big problem for them. cant get much overtime.
